Marisa Miller, in her 30’s.
It’s easy to say, “oh, she has good genes. I couldn’t look like that.”That is another lame excuse!! Marisa Miller works out/does something active EVERY DAY, even though she is thin/fit! She STAYS motivated. And she doesn’t stuff her face with whatever she wants. She eats healthy almost all the time, planning ahead when she will give herself a treat. A lot of people would find that ridiculous that she’s as thin/fit as she is, but still works out/eats healthy every day. But that’s how she’s where she is now…not good genes!
If you WANT to have the body you want, it’s in your power. But don’t gripe all day long about something you’re not willing to fight for!

I think I have my motivation back. My boyfriend is leaving for bootcamp Sept 3. He won’t be back until Feb. So I want to look extremely good for when he gets back.
